Sabor y Gratitud is an evening of delicious food from Latin American countries such as Guatemala, Cuba, Honduras, Venezuela, Mexico, El Salvador, and Colombia.

Each dish is inspired by the history of one of the entrepreneurs in our program, some of which are the evening’s chefs! The dinner is a prix fixe, coursed-out meal.

Guests will be seated together, and with each course, they will hear stories of resilience, hope, new beginnings, and histories of memories from their home countries.

The first seating will be at 5:30 PM, and the second seating will begin at 7:30 PM. Guests are invited to enjoy complimentary beverages in the lounge between seatings.

Once you arrive to Sabor Y Gratitud, you will be greeted with a refreshing cocktail hour from our sponsors, Melograno Cocktails, as you await your seating hour.

This prix- fixe course dinner is divided into two seatings: 5:30pm and 7:30pm. Each course will be created by members of our entrepreneurs program with the help of our sponsor, Citizen Kitchens. As each course is brought out, our chefs will be sharing information on the significance of their dish, country and culture and stories of resilience and hope.

Enjoy fine wine provided by Love and Exile, and delicious desserts by Marla Baked Goods thanks to our sponsor MVL Roadside Services.
